What to do [OPEN!] Lilah

Lilah wondered. She arrived later than everyone so she never met anyone. She just needed to think.
Words played in her head of her mother
'Don't become friends with blood traitors deary' She didn't even kiss her goodbye, her brother kind of snickered and her father was disgusted about her coming here. she is already advanced but she can't stay in that house with them, she may go crazy. she just wants to be normal, not the daughter of the Dark Lord's closest death eaters. But in this life she is not known widely, she never has been with them really.

she wanted to meet someone and be apart of a friendship, she was cursed and she knew it. The Dark Lord was just waiting for her 17th birthday to come and take her to be an apprentice to such a dark life, he knew she was powerful and somewhere deep inside she knew she was too.

Just as she heard someone behind her.....

[James Potter]

A yawn escaped James' lips as he walked out into the courtyard. Why did those stupid Seventh Years have to use the common room the one day James was exhausted? They were using it for a party for Camilia Scott's birthday. BUT that meant every 1st - 5th year got kicked out of the common room. Stupid older people.

He entered the courtyard, and saw a blonde girl just standing in the middle of the courtyard. Quite attractive, actually. But as James approached her closer, his grin faded. A Slytherin. Ughh. James had never talked to this particular Slytherin, so you may call him prejudiced. But seriously. Wait a second, this was the perfect set up for a trick. James reached her back, and got out his wand. He lifted it.

"Aguamenti!". He aimed his wand at the back of her neck, and laughed as the freezing cold water drenched her. Hilarious. Especially because she was a Slytherin. He then waited for the outburst.

Lilah felt the water, she turned and saw the Gryffindor boy laughing.
She knew that he wanted a reaction from her, he was actually quite cute, why make enemies?

"Excuse me?" She said

She knew of the rivalry, between her house and his.

"What have I ever done to you for you to do that? I mean its a good prank I give you credit but really grow up. I didn't come here for this rivalry," Lilah said kind of pouting in a way knowing the boy liked her appearance, so she used it in her favor.
She got very close to the cute boy who was breathing heavy,

"But do not underestimate me," She smirked

OOC- Just go with it, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship haha

[James Potter]

This was unexpected. Unlike James had thought- and hoped-, this Slytherin had not burst out yelling. Instead she just said "Excuse me?". James was taken aback. Seriously.. most Slytherins would've definately had a go at him. Not this one though.. maybe she was different? James mentally shook his head. Yeah right, all Slytherins were the same.

"What have I ever done to you for you to do that?". I mean its a good prank I give you credit...". James smirked. "...But really grow up. I didn't come here for this rivalry". His grin faded. Grow up? He didn't need to grow up just yet, he was only 14. Only? Actually, maybe this unknown Slytherin had a point. "But do not underestimate me" she said, walking so close to him that their faces were almost touching. "I would say that to you, but I think you already are", James said, returning the smirk. "Who are you anyway? I don't think I've pranked you before, and I've pranked most of the Slytherins..".

Lilah smiled at his words, this boy was competitive.

"My name is Lilah, Lilah Delancy" She put her hand out "I came a little late, some... complications," She said unsure

This was different, Lilah knew guys liked her but she felt normal for once, all she wanted to be. This boy was really cute he made her feel nervous. Delancy's are never nervous

He'd never like me, she thought

[James Potter]

Came late.. that probably explained why James hadn't seen her around. He probably would've noticed her; she was pretty. "I'm James. James Potter", he said.

Now, if she hadn't disliked him before, she probably would now. The reason being he was James Potter. Slytherins held a grudge against him for just being a Potter, and a Weasley, mixed in one. Of course, James wasn't complaining. He just 'replied' with pranks, or spells, or whatnot.

James hoped Lilah- that was a nice name- Delancy wouldn't hold him being a Potter/Weasley against him. She was nice; although what would other Slytherins and Gryffindors say if a friendship -or more- sprung up between them? Nothing nice, that was for sure.

Lilah noticed the name right away, she was surpried he didn't know who her parents were.
"I have much respect for what your father did," I said lightly but my lips were cold and i felt a sting up my spine, then before she knew it she was kneeling on the ground

"I'm sorry," She said in pain
She knew what this was

A crucio, someone heard her

She grabbed James's arm and pulled him toward the school, if she got inside it stop
HE probably thinks she is crazy and would never talk to her again,

"I have much respect for what your father did". Wow, she really didn't mind! "Than-". James was cut short by Lilah wincing, then falling on the ground. "Hey, are you al-". Again, he was cut short by Lilah. "I'm sorry", she said, dragging him back inside the castle. As they got inside, Lilah seemed to get back to normal. "Er, are you ok?", James asked.

I'm sorry, you probably think I'm crazy." Lilah looked down at her feet She really hoped James wouldn't ask questions.

"I'm kind of surprised with your father being the Harry Potter, you dont recognize my last name..." She said biting her lip

James looked like he saw a ghost she knew he realized who her parents were.,, loyal death eaters

"I should go," Lilah said quickly wishing James would stop her...

[James Potter]

Crazy? No way. Just because you were in pain, it didn't mean you were crazy. "Nahh, you're not crazy", James said to Lilah Delancy. Why did that surname seem so familiar? James remembered his father telling him something about the Delancys.. what though? James sometimes wished his attention span for things like this was bigger.

"I'm kind of surprised with your father being the Harry Potter, you dont recognize my last name...", she said, biting her lip. Wait. Lilah Delancy. Vanirro, Lodra and Leidon Delancy. Death Eaters. James opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out. "I should go...", she said, turning, but James grabbed her arm. "Wait", he said. "It's not your fault your parents are death eaters". Keeping his grip on her arm, he spun her around so she was facing him, and put his hands on her shoulders. "I don't care that your parents are death eaters. You're not evil".

"You dont know that, you barely know me at all," Lilah answered back
she hoped no one would know.
He looked at her, like he was studying her then he smiled. I've seen his father and he looked just like him, minus the round glasses.
"I can't tell you anymore here, I want to but I can't it can lead to serious things, maybe somewhere private, or never" Li shrugged
Lilah felt this was all a hazy dream. A very attractive boy who actually is talking to her.

"Erm, we could go somewhere else if you want, then you can tell me?", he said. "If you want", he added again. "No pressure".

"Look I know we are sworn enemies but something just feels different, I mean I have met many people. But I sense some light," Lilah said as they walked down the hall and she felt tension as they came to a deserted class room.
She looked at James waiting for him to be ready for her to tell him....
James Potter she thought was a good sounding name.

Walking down the corridor with a Slytherin girl was not as strange as James thought it would have been, not even one hour ago. Well, maybe it still was strange. Maybe it was just with this one particular pretty Slytherin girl, it was different. "Look. I know we are sworn enemies but something just feels different. I mean I have met many people, but I sense some light", Lilah said as they walked into an empty classroom. Lilah turned to him. Silence.

"Ok, so spill", James said, smiling.

"My parents and older brother are deatheaters you know, but I have had a life of dark magic. Since I was younger I was always afraid, Voldemort knows my power. I'm not safe anywhere. He wants me to join him and I never had anyone to protect me, I never dared using the power to stop him, I'm just scared," Before Lilah could finish Lilah started to cry
"I've never had a real mother or father," She said leaning on a desk and putting her hand on her face "I"m a bit pathetic," She bit her lip and wiped her eyes

James looked kind of surprised

"I'm not normally sensative like this, just please don't tell anyone..."
