Roxy couldn't sleep, it seemed like forever since she had actually caused any mischief and she couldn't take it anymore. There had to be something she could do, some plan to wreck, some Slytherin to terrorize...something! She looked up at the ceiling of her dorm and let out a long, dramatic sigh, trying to think of what to do.
Finally, it came to her, she sat up and jumped out of bed, giggling from the excitement as she slipped on her new, red flats and grabbed a small thing from her bag. Roxy had not bothered to get dressed for bed so thankfully she was still wearing jeans and a tank top, she pulled on a jacket and put the object, as well as her wand, in the back pocket of her jeans, then prepared to set out.
Silently, she hurried out her dorm and out the common room. Her signature smirk spread across her face as she got the amazing adrenaline rush she normally received when sneaking out. After the use of several secret passage ways, she had made it outside, and smiled as the wind blew through her curls. Now she didn't have to be quiet anymore, she let out a louder giggle she had been holding in since she passed a prefect on the second floor as she started off toward the lake
She walked of a bit, along the side of the peaceful, black lake and when the silence started to bother her, she removed both her wand and the object from her back pocket and smiled. It was time to act, now or never. She was going to turn the black lake purple.
It would one be temporary and it would only affect the very surface of the lake, making it appear purple, like an illusion. Therefore, everything that inhabited the lake remained unharmed. Roxy giggled once more...then the snapping of a twig caused her to freeze, putting a hold to her little experiment.
