Amehlia was completely and utterly shocked when Kaitlynn threw a spell at her. "How dare you-you-you little welp! Detention! For 2 months!" Holmes yelled at Kaitlynn as she ran out to the quidditch pitch. She was completely infuriated! How dare she! "Weasel, get to work on that essay, now! QUICKLY! I WANT YOU OUT OF HERE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!" Holmes hissed at Roxy. She was ready to go Densaugeo Kaitly herself. She opened to window that looked out on the Quidditch pitch and saw kaitlynn already there. "KAITLY! DID YOU HEAR ME? 2 MONTHS DETENTION!!!"

(ooc. um okay seriously? wth? last time i checked, jinxing a teacher gets you expelled. Really now? stop trying to be a little badass. she didn't even really do anything worthy of hexing her. she is just a bythcy teacher. i am on my phone so this will be short.)
Roxy rolled her eyes as the girl attempted to jinx the teacher. Sure the teacher was rude, but jinxing her was a little much. This was not going to work. Roxy was the badass and there was no way that some little hufflepuff was taking that away from her. She heard the teacher shout, and who could really blame her? Rolling her eyes again, Roxy started to head to the door. "yeah right.." She didn't even write her own essays for class so why start now?

[Sorry for posting so late, I'll just post now for a bit and make James be quiet  ) James had thought it would be a normal day, boring lessons, and the rest of it. But he was wrong. Yes, there was lessons, but he had not expected this. Well, his cousin Roxy getting into trouble was obvious, that was who she was, and everyone loved her for it. But Kaitylnn and JJ? NOt expected. They seemed like they were the type of people who stayed out of trouble. As JAmes walked out with the students not in detention, he caught Roxy's eye, and smiled. Whatever happened, she would definately get the better of Holmes. |

"Yeah right..." Roxy said as she was walking out the door. "Petrificus totalus." Holmes said, pointing her wand at the weasel. "You aren't going anywhere, weasel. Wingardium Leviosa." Holmes said, snapping her wand at roxy's desk, and countering her paralysis. With another flick of her wand, paper, quill, and ink appeared in front of her. "Incarcerous." In an instant, Roxy's torso was tied to the seat attached to the desk. Get writing, Weasel, or you'll get a T for the rest of the term. And I might go out of my way to get you expelled along with that Kaitly girl. Chop Chop!" Holmes said to the Weasel, glaring at her with eyes like daggers. "Oh," Holmes said, realizing something. "I almost forgot...expeliarmus!" Holmes smirked and Roxy as her wand came flying into her open hand.

Roxy flashed her cousin a smile and proceeded toward the door. Just as she grasped the handle, she felt her whole body tense up. The teacher had actually cursed her! With in seconds Roxy found herself bound to a chair and the evil Professor staring back at her. "What the hell is wrong with you?!" Roxy shouted as she reached to retrieve her own wand. If thats how Holmes wanted to play, then Roxy would give her a taste of her own medicine.
Now she understood completely why the Hufflepuff had sent a curse at the woman. Right before she could even think of a spell, her wand was removed from her hand, leaving her helpless. The ropes were tight across her chest and stomach, thankfully her hands were still free. Roxy used her fingers to pry at the tight ropes, desperate to get free. "Get writing, Weasel, or you'll get a T for the rest of the term. And I might go out of my way to get you expelled..."
Roxy looked up at the insane teacher with a look of shock on her face. "ME?! How can you expel me? Expel yourself you lunatic! You can't go around tying up students! Just wait til my father hears about this. UGH!" She picked up the ink bottle and threw it, causing it to shatter and make a mess. "Untie me now...or I am going to scream.." she said through gritted teeth as she glared at the Professor.
